Vehicle Inventory Management
The Vehicle Inventory module allows you to manage all vehicles available for sale in your showroom.
Adding Vehicles
To add a new vehicle to inventory:
- Navigate to: Showroom / Vehicles
- Click "Add New Vehicle"
- Enter vehicle details:
- Make and Model
- Year
- Registration number
- VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
- Mileage
- Color
- Engine size
- Fuel type
- Transmission
- Body type
- Set pricing (VAT-inclusive)
- Add vehicle images
- Set vehicle status (Available, Reserved, Sold)
- Save vehicle
Vehicle Status
Vehicles can have different statuses:
- Available: Vehicle available for sale
- Reserved: Vehicle reserved by customer
- Sold: Vehicle sold
- In Service: Vehicle in workshop
- Archived: Vehicle removed from active inventory
Vehicle Search & Filtering
Search and filter vehicles by:
- Make and Model
- Price range
- Year range
- Mileage range
- Fuel type
- Transmission
- Body type
- Status
- Location

Upload multiple images per vehicle:
- Main image (featured)
- Exterior photos
- Interior photos
- Engine bay
- Documentation
- Image gallery
Vehicle Pricing
Set vehicle pricing:
- Price: VAT-inclusive selling price
- Cost Price: Purchase cost
- Part Exchange Value: Trade-in value
- Finance Options: Available finance packages
