Service Booking Calendar

The Service Booking Calendar allows you to schedule vehicle services and manage workshop capacity.

Accessing the Calendar

Navigate to: DMS / Service / Booking Calendar

Calendar Views

  • Day View: See all bookings for a specific day
  • Week View: See bookings for the week
  • Month View: See bookings for the month

Creating Bookings

  1. Select date and time slot
  2. Click "Create Booking"
  3. Enter customer and vehicle details
  4. Select service type
  5. Set estimated duration
  6. Set estimated cost
  7. Assign service advisor
  8. Assign technician (optional)
  9. Assign service bay (optional)
  10. Add special instructions
  11. Save booking

Workshop Diary

The Workshop Diary shows:

  • All bookings for selected period
  • Service bay separation
  • Multiple bay views
  • Color-coded bookings
  • Drag-and-drop booking rescheduling

Booking Management

  • Edit existing bookings
  • Delete/cancel bookings
  • Duplicate bookings
  • Recurring bookings
  • Booking confirmation workflow

Workshop Load Visualization
