NexosOne DMS supports managing multiple dealership locations from a single account with shared databases and location-specific configurations.

Location Management

Each location in your network can have:

  • Location name and address
  • Opening times configuration
  • Manufacturer-specific branding
  • Location-specific settings
  • User access control

Shared vs Location-Specific Data

Shared Data (Network-Wide)

  • Master Parts Database: Shared central master parts database between all dealerships
  • Parts catalog
  • Suppliers

Location-Specific Data

  • Customers (can be shared or location-specific)

Inter-Company Transfers (ICT)

Transfer parts between locations:

  1. Request part from another location (status I)
  2. Other location receives request
  3. Accept or reject transfer
  4. On acceptance, status changes to G (ICT Confirmed)
  5. Part delivered to requesting location
  6. Status changes to R (Reserved) after delivery

Unified Stock Search

Search for parts across all locations:

  • View stock levels at each location
  • Request transfer from another location
  • See availability across network

Location Branding

Each location can have manufacturer-specific branding:

  • Logo and colors
  • Brand-specific settings
  • Customised interface

Network-Wide Reporting

Generate reports across all locations:
